Case 01
Service providers losing bookings to forgotten emails.
Clients book themselves. Payment is settled before the session. The reminder fires the day before. No-shows drop and your admin time drops with them.
05/Booking·Calendar · Pay · Wired
Bookings that actually sync — calendar, payment, reminders, and follow-up, wired into the rest of your stack.

Case 01
Clients book themselves. Payment is settled before the session. The reminder fires the day before. No-shows drop and your admin time drops with them.
Case 02
Each practitioner has their own calendar, their own services, their own pricing. Clients see a clean unified booking flow; your back-office sees clean data.
Case 03
Seat counts update live. Waitlists trigger when fully booked. Cancellation policies enforce themselves. You stop being the seat-counting middleman.
04/How It Slots In
Booking & Intake is the conversion point — where Marketing Sites and Lead Pages send qualified interest. AI Receptionists can take bookings by voice or WhatsApp. Automation Agents handle the post-booking sequence. Customer Portals show booking history for repeat clients. Data Engineering Dashboards turn it all into utilisation and revenue charts.
05/Honest Answers
Do I still need Cal.com or Calendly?
If you only need basic scheduling, those are fine. We build this when you need payment-at-booking, custom intake forms, multi-staff routing, or deep integration with the rest of your business. Many clients migrate off Cal.com as their workflow grows.
How are payments handled?
Full payment, deposit, or 'pay later' — your choice per service. Stripe handles the rails; refund and cancellation policies are enforced automatically based on your rules.
Will it integrate with my existing software?
Yes — Google Calendar, Cal.com, Microsoft 365, most CRMs. If your tool has an API or webhook, we wire it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you up front what's possible.
