Case 01
Businesses with twenty Excel files representing one truth.
We catalog them all, identify the duplicates, resolve the conflicts, and import the clean version into the new system. The 'real' file finally exists.
03/Migration·Legacy · Clean
The unglamorous, business-critical work of getting fifteen years of legacy data into the new system without losing anything.

Case 02
Vendor lock-in ends. We export every record, transform it to the new schema, and validate that contacts, deals, and history all survive. No lost relationships.
Case 03
Each acquired company brought its own systems. We unify them into one schema — customer codes, product taxonomies, pricing structures — without breaking historical reporting.
04/How It Slots In
Data Migration is the bridge from your past to the new Database Architecture. It runs once but it has to be right — that's why we ship reconciliation reports proving every row landed. Once data is in, System Integration keeps it fresh, and Live BI Dashboards make it visible.
05/Honest Answers
What about the dirty data we know is dirty?
We surface it during the audit and decide together — fix it programmatically, fix it manually, archive it, or accept it. We don't silently throw away records you might need.
How long does migration usually take?
1–4 weeks depending on how messy the source is. Most of the time is in scripting the cleaning rules and verifying nothing drops. The actual import is usually a few hours.
Will my team still recognise their data?
Yes. We keep your business identifiers (customer codes, invoice numbers) intact, even when normalising other fields. The new system feels familiar from day one.
