03/Agents·Routine

Automation Agents.

The silent worker that handles the routine — running overnight, escalating only when something genuinely needs you.

02/What's Included

  • Multi-step task automation across your existing software stack
  • Trigger library — schedule, webhook, email-in, form submission, file drop
  • Step-by-step audit log of every action the agent takes
  • Pause / approve checkpoints for high-stakes steps
  • Escalation to humans on WhatsApp or Slack when needed
  • Self-healing retry logic for transient API failures

03/Built For

Case 01

Back offices buried in data entry between systems.

The agent watches the source (a form, an email, a spreadsheet) and writes the same data into the destination (the CRM, the ledger, the warehouse system) — every time, without typos.

Case 02

Sales teams forgetting to follow up.

Three days after a quote goes out, the agent sends a check-in WhatsApp. Seven days later, a soft nudge. Stops when the prospect replies. Reports weekly to the sales manager.

Case 03

Ops teams chasing status across vendors.

The agent polls supplier portals, parses email confirmations, and tells your team only when something has actually changed. No more daily 'any update?' threads.

04/How It Slots In

Agents are the verbs of the AI workforce — Receptionists and Copilots answer; Agents act. When a customer requests a callback through the receptionist, an agent schedules it. When the copilot is asked to send a follow-up, an agent sends it. They're how every AI interaction translates into actual work being done.

05/Honest Answers

  • 01

What happens if an agent makes a mistake?

Every action is logged with a reversal path. For destructive steps (sending external messages, editing records, processing payments), we add an approval checkpoint before the agent commits.

  • 02

Can it work with our existing tools?

Almost always yes. We use official APIs where available, browser automation for tools without APIs, and email gateways for the rest. Few systems are truly closed off.

How is this different from Zapier or Make.com?

Zapier handles one trigger and one action. Our agents handle multi-step decisions — 'if the customer hasn't replied AND the invoice is unpaid AND it's been over 14 days, send the polite reminder template' — without you wiring every branch.
